Update .project files to clean out crud

Description

Update all the eclipse .project files to remove unused natures and builders. Should help remove a bunch of eclipse warnings that people see.

Updated all the .project files to the basic java, pde and jet natures to remove lots of eclipse warnings.
I had to reimport the projects into eclipse for a lot of the warnings to go away.

  • resolution set to fixed.

r806 looks good and worked for me once I re-imported the projects. Nice.
