Parent ticket for a set of tickets related to going through each of the Services, and cleaning all the code related to the service.
This includes:

  • Ensuring exceptions are correct
  • Adding statistics to the service
  • Ensuring the service description document is updated with correct descriptions
  • Add a JMX endpoint for the service if appropriate
