Description

Per discussion w/ Simon I will disable the execution service. Our internal build contains multiple implementations of most services causing the ProxiedServiceContainer?.initialize to often assign the incorrect services when calling getComponent.

Disable service execution. This commit should be reversed when code is stabilized.
