Write a solution generator for glitter to expose LDAP data as RDF.

Our primary goal is to create a second solution generator (in addition to anzo rdb) so we may begin federated query development.

Development considerations:

* Support default ldap schema: people, groups and organizations * Implement in an extensible way so other ldap schemas may be added with minimal development cost * Need an embedded pure java ldap for unit testing.

Planned limitations:

Do not write mapping ontology or language, hard code in Java (full mapping support will be separate feature). Only include mappings features needed for task at hand.
